PRIJZEN:

Prijzen worden uitsluitend in onze webshop vermeld in euro's (€) inclusief btw, af fabriek vanuit ons magazijn. Prijzen zijn onderhevig aan wijzigingen in het btw-tarief en/of variaties in de kosten van goederen en verzending.

 BESTELLINGEN:

U kunt uw bestellingen plaatsen via onze webshop of per e-mail.

Let op: plaats uw bestelling niet twee keer, aangezien deze dan mogelijk dubbel verwerkt wordt en u hiervoor extra verwerkingskosten in rekening gebracht krijgt.

VERZENDKOSTEN:

Verzendkosten binnen het vasteland van Frankrijk:

Minder dan 4 kg = € 10,00 - 4 tot 9 kg = € 15,00 - 9 tot 30 kg = € 20,00 (meer dan 30 kg, neem contact met ons op)

 ONTVANGST:

Goederen reizen altijd op risico van de ontvanger. De levering wordt geacht te zijn voltooid wanneer de vervoerder of de koper de goederen in onze magazijnen ophaalt.

Controleer voor het tekenen van de leveringsbon van de vervoerder het aantal en de staat van de pakketten. Als een pakket beschadigd aankomt of ontbreekt, weiger dan de levering en neem onmiddellijk contact met ons op.

 TEVREDENHEID:

Mocht u, ondanks de zorg die wij besteden aan de presentatie van onze producten en de verwerking van uw bestellingen, een defect artikel hebben of een ander probleem ondervinden, neem dan onmiddellijk contact op met onze klantenservice.

 LEVERTIJD:

In principe wordt uw bestelling binnen een week na ontvangst geleverd (tenzij anders vermeld).

Houd er rekening mee dat onze levertijden tijdens het hoogseizoen, van juni tot en met september, kunnen variëren. Plan uw bestelling dienovereenkomstig.

Artikelen die langdurig niet leverbaar zijn of een lage waarde hebben, kunnen van onze leveringslijst worden verwijderd.

 LEVERINGEN:

Al onze pakketten worden bezorgd door Bpost. Als u niet thuis bent, wordt u op de hoogte gesteld van het postkantoor waar u uw pakket kunt afhalen. U kunt ook een tweede bezorgpoging aanvragen.

 BESTELLINGEN VOOR HET SCHOOLJAAR:

Grote bestellingen (schoolbenodigdheden, meubels, etc.) worden door een transportbedrijf bezorgd volgens uw wensen en onze planning. U ontvangt een e-mail ter bevestiging van uw bestelling, met daarin de verwachte leverdatum, uw contactpersoon, uw ordernummer, het aantal artikelen en de waarde van elke bestelling.

Alleen bestellingen die vóór 21 juli zijn ontvangen, worden gegarandeerd vóór de start van het schooljaar geleverd.

 

 RETOUREN:

Retourzendingen worden alleen geaccepteerd indien vergezeld van het door onze service afgegeven autorisatiedocument. Neem hiervoor vooraf contact op met onze klantenservice.

 RUILEN:

Na voorafgaande goedkeuring door onze service, en rekening houdend met de zorg die is besteed aan de presentatie en beschrijving van onze producten, en met inachtneming van de logistieke kosten voor het opnieuw op voorraad nemen van onze producten, kan er een herbevoorradingskosten van 10% in rekening worden gebracht voor ruilingen, bovenop de verzendkosten. Neem hiervoor vooraf contact op met onze klantenservice.

 FACTURERING:

Met uitzondering van overheidsinstanties is de klant die de goederen ontvangt altijd de klant die de factuur ontvangt.

Een samenvattende factuur is op aanvraag beschikbaar bij het plaatsen van uw bestelling.

 BETALING:

Facturen die niet op de vervaldatum zijn betaald, worden belast met rente (tegen een tarief van 1% per maand) en een boete (10% van het verschuldigde bedrag, met een minimum van € 250).

De verkoper behoudt het eigendom van de goederen totdat de volledige betaling is ontvangen. Het risico van verlies of schade is voor rekening van de koper. Aanbetalingen kunnen worden ingehouden ter dekking van eventuele verliezen bij wederverkoop.

In geval van wederverkoop van goederen, zelfs indien bewerkt, die eigendom zijn van de verkoper, draagt ​​de koper hierbij alle vorderingen die voortvloeien uit een dergelijke wederverkoop over aan de verkoper als zekerheid.

 PARTICULIERE BESTELLINGEN:

Bestellingen van particulieren worden bevestigd en geleverd na ontvangst van de betaling via de bankoverschrijving die bij de bevestiging is gevoegd.

 HERROEPINGSRECHT:

Voor niet-professionele aankopen heeft de consument een bedenktijd van 14 dagen, zonder boete, te rekenen vanaf de dag na levering. De kosten voor retourzending zijn voor rekening van de consument. Het product moet in de originele verpakking en in perfecte staat worden geretourneerd, zodat het opnieuw kan worden verkocht. Terugbetalingen worden binnen 30 dagen verwerkt. Retourzendingen van bestanden voor reproductie worden alleen geaccepteerd in de originele, ongeopende cellofaanverpakking en vergezeld van de gebruikerslicentie. De bedenktijd is niet van toepassing op professionele aankopen (scholen, docenten, logopedisten, etc.).

 AFHALEN:

Uw bestellingen kunnen worden afgehaald in onze winkel in Ransart. Om een ​​goede voorbereiding en levering te garanderen, is het essentieel dat uw bestelling minimaal een week van tevoren bij ons binnenkomt. Bedankt voor uw begrip.

Bij het afhalen van onbetaalde goederen aan de kassa is een officieel bestelformulier vereist.

 KORTING AAN DE KASSA:

U profiteert van 10% korting bij afhalen en betalen in de winkel (gereserveerd voor onderwijsprofessionals). Deze korting kan niet worden gecombineerd met andere acties of voorwaarden.

 PRODUCTASSORTIMENT:

Gai Savoir S.A. behoudt zich het recht voor om de in haar catalogi gepresenteerde modellen, evenals de prijzen en technische specificaties, zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving te wijzigen.

In geval van een geschil zijn uitsluitend de rechtbanken van onze statutaire zetel bevoegd.
